In factory production scenarios, an electronic equipment cabinet with strong adaptability and complete functions is an important foundation for ensuring the stable operation of the production line. Based on actual needs, we chose 3030 aluminum profiles to build this cabinet, which can not only meet the needs of equipment placement, but also has flexibility and durability.
Frame Construction & Material
The overall frame of the cabinet is constructed of 3030 aluminum profiles. The load-bearing range of this profile fully meets the weight requirements of electronic display screens, computer hosts and other equipment, and has good anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties. After anodizing treatment, a dense oxide film is formed on the surface, which can effectively resist oil pollution and water vapor erosion in the workshop and extend the service life. The frame connection adopts a combination of corner pieces and bolts, which is highly stable and easy to disassemble and reassemble later. The internal structure can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs.
Upper & Lower Layer Structure
The cabinet structure is divided into upper and lower layers, with clear functional divisions. The upper level is the equipment operating area, and handles are installed on the left and right sides to facilitate movement and transportation. There is a window on the front that is suitable for the electronic display screen, and it is equipped with an openable door panel to facilitate daily inspection and maintenance of the display screen, buttons and other equipment. The transparent acrylic panel is used on the side, which has both insulation and visibility. It can prevent people from accidentally touching live parts and clearly observe the running status of internal circuits. Special holes are reserved on the panel to facilitate the orderly passage of power cords, signal connection lines, etc., and avoid cluttered and intertwined lines.
Storage, Mobility & Protection
The lower floor is a storage space that can store lubricants, wrenches, screwdrivers, gloves and other production tools and consumables to achieve centralized management of production resources. The bottom uses an aluminum plate to enhance the load-bearing capacity, and is equipped with load-bearing adapted universal wheels so that the cabinet can be flexibly moved in the workshop to adapt to the operating needs of different production lines. All slots are sealed with black seals and end covers, which are not only resistant to dirt and easy to clean, but also effectively prevent dust and debris from entering the cabinet, protecting the safety of electronic equipment and circuits.
