Advantages of Industrial Aluminum Profile Frames
The advantages of industrial aluminum profile frames fully meet the needs of modern industrial production.
Modular & Tool-Only Assembly
Relies on special connectors for modular assembly. No welding is required. Built with only a simple wrench — even non-professional technicians can complete the assembly independently, effectively shortening the project schedule.
Highly Adjustable Structure
When design changes or product iterations occur, the frame can be disassembled and reorganized at any time without re-cutting or processing. It quickly adapts to production changes and significantly reduces transformation costs.
Outstanding Material Properties
Aluminum alloy with anodized surface offers excellent corrosion resistance — no rust in workshop environments. Strong enough for most industrial load-bearing needs, and fully recyclable after scrapping, balancing performance and environmental protection.
Pre-Installation Preparations
As long as you follow the standard steps to install the aluminum profile frame yourself, you can ensure a stable and beautiful structure. Three preparations need to be made before installation:
1
Choose a flat cement or ceramic tile site and lay foam cotton or cardboard to avoid scratching the surface of the profile.
2
Check the profile specifications and the number of accessories according to the installation drawings, especially small accessories such as bolts and nuts.
3
Place the profiles into groups by bottom, column, beam, and top, and install the built-in connectors into the profile grooves in advance to avoid later rework.
Formal Installation: Bottom to Top
The formal installation follows the order from bottom to top:
1
Assemble the Bottom Frame
Connect end to end and fix with built-in connectors. After inserting elastic nuts or slider nuts, calibrate with a level to ensure the overall frame is level.
2
Install the Vertical Columns
Install columns vertically at the four corners, reinforce them with corner pieces or three-dimensional connectors, and check the verticality at any time.
3
Install Middle Beams & Stiffeners
Install from bottom to top, set the support spacing according to load-bearing requirements, and use cross connectors or reinforced corner pieces to strengthen the structure at load-bearing parts.
4
Connect the Top Profiles
Use built-in connectors to connect the top profiles and columns to ensure a smooth and concise appearance. The large frame can be flipped over to install the top, making it easier to operate.
Installation of Functional Components
There are also corresponding specifications for the installation of functional components:
Plates
Directly inserted into the profile notches and fixed with T-bolt pressure strips.
Opening & Closing Doors
Equipped with special profile hinges. Sliding doors are fitted with grooved rails.
Mobile Frames
Frames that need to be moved can be fitted with Forma wheels or universal wheels to meet mobility needs.
Final Checks & Load Testing
After all assembly is completed, follow these final steps to confirm the installation is complete:
Use a torque wrench to retighten all connection points in sequence.
Tear off the protective film on the surface of the profile and wipe away remaining glue stains with alcohol.
Conduct a stepped load test: first add 50% of the rated load and let it stand for 24 hours, then conduct a full load test to confirm the structure is stable and without deformation.
