Industrial aluminum profile dormitory bunk beds: a durable new choice for small space dormitories

In view of the common pain points of tight space and rapid furniture loss in factories and school dormitories, customized industrial aluminum profile bunk beds have become a cost-effective solution for collective accommodation scenarios with their stable structure and environmentally friendly properties.

The bed core load-bearing uses four 4080 European standard aluminum profiles as the main columns, with a standard bed size of 1.9m × 1.5m. The bed support frame is also built with 4080 profiles: two 1.74m long profiles are laid out on the front and back as the main beams, and two 1.74m long profiles are arranged on both sides of the bed vertically The 1.42m length of the profile is used to accurately fit the width of the bed. All nodes are locked with high-strength corner pieces with M8 bolts and slider nuts. The overall frame has no looseness and abnormal noise. It can also remain stable for adults when used for a long time, completely avoiding the common problems of traditional iron beds that sway and squeak after being used for a long time.

After the surface is anodized, a uniform and dense protective film is formed on the surface of the aluminum profile. It is not only smooth and burr-free, but also resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and deformation. In daily use, there is no need to worry about paint peeling or rust. It can remain in good condition for a long time even in the humid southern dormitory environment. The design of the details also fully meets the needs of dormitory use: all openings above the profile are covered with special end caps, and flat sealing groove strips are embedded in all T-shaped slots, which can not only prevent dust accumulation and difficulty in cleaning, but also prevent scratches from the slots during daily contact; the bottom is equipped with adjustable feet, which can not only adapt to uneven floors, but also further disperse the load-bearing and enhance the stability of the bed. In order to maximize the use of the limited dormitory space, a modular ladder shared by two beds is specially designed, eliminating the waste of space for installing a separate ladder for a single bed. The reserved expansion space can be directly installed with solid wood boards and mattresses, which can improve sleeping comfort without additional modifications.

This aluminum profile upper and lower bed completely avoids the hidden dangers of formaldehyde in wooden beds. No welding is required during the entire assembly process, and the layout can be flexibly adjusted. Whether it is a factory employee dormitory or a college student dormitory, it can adapt to the needs, taking into account safety, durability and space utilization.
