Conveyor line frames constructed of industrial aluminum profiles have long become the core choice to replace traditional welded steel structures. Rinsing Process
In the front-end pretreatment process of food production, the raw material rinsing station needs to carry a large-capacity fully automatic mixing water tank and a circulating water irrigation system, which places extremely high requirements on the load-bearing capacity of the frame. Here we use 8080 heavy-duty industrial aluminum profiles as the main support at the bottom, and use adjustable heavy-duty feet to complete the ground fixation. It can not only steadily bear the weight of the water tank after it is filled with water, but also adapt to the slight drop in the workshop floor through fine-tuning of the feet to ensure the smooth operation of the entire workstation.
Slicing & Safety
The adjacent slicing station needs to be equipped with large-scale vegetable cutting and processing equipment, which will produce strong vibrations during operation. The bottom frame is also made of 8080 heavy-duty aluminum profiles and reinforced with feet to offset the vibration and impact of the equipment's operation. Since this work station is a high-risk area for mechanical transmission, a safety protection fence needs to be built around it: the main body of the fence is made of lightweight and high-strength 4040 standard aluminum profiles, and is matched with high-density steel wire mesh to achieve physical isolation. All connection points are locked with high-strength corner pieces and anti-theft bolts and nuts, which not only ensures the safety of the operators, but also does not block the daily inspection view of the work station.
Cooking & Frying
The subsequent cooking and frying station needs to carry a large heating pot with automatic stirring function, which is exposed to high temperature and high humidity for a long time. The bottom still uses 8080 heavy-duty aluminum profiles with feet to achieve stable support to avoid safety hazards caused by shaking of the pot.
Corrosion Protection
For rinsing, cutting, and cooking, which are three corrosion areas that have been exposed to moisture, water vapor, and are easily exposed to acid and alkali food additives for a long time, the surface of all exposed aluminum profiles will be specially treated by electrophoresis or plastic spraying to form a dense protective layer on the surface of the profile, which greatly improves the resistance to water, oil, and acid and alkali corrosion. There will be no problems with rust, paint peeling, or deformation after long-term use, which fully complies with the hygienic standards for food production.
Entering the back-end filling, packaging, and sealing processes, the production line environment becomes clean and dry, and more emphasis is placed on the smoothness and cleanliness of the conveyor line. The main frame of this area is made of 4080 aluminum profiles, which takes into account both load-bearing capacity and lightweight structure. For special locations where the conveyor line needs to turn and change direction, the profiles can be precisely bent directly to create a smooth circular conveyor path. All connection points are first fixed internally with hidden corner slot connectors, and then double reinforced with corner pieces, bolts and nuts on the outside. Even if the conveyor line runs at high frequency for a long time, there will be no problem of structural loosening.
In order to meet the high clean production requirements of the food industry, all exposed grooves of aluminum profiles throughout the entire production line will be equipped with sealing strips, and all cut sections of the profiles will be completely sealed with special end covers to completely prevent dust, oil, and debris from entering and accumulating inside the profiles. This not only facilitates daily cleaning and disinfection, but also keeps the production line clean and beautiful for a long time, fully complying with the standards of clean production workshops.
