Aluminum Plate Processing
In aluminum plate processing, we rely on precise bending technology to bend the aluminum plate into any specific shape without the risk of cracking; we use advanced equipment such as laser cutting and CNC stamping to ensure that the dimensional errors of parts are controlled to a very small range; the strong welding process ensures stable connection of each component, laying the foundation for the reliability of the product structure.
By strictly controlling the machining accuracy, combined with surface protection treatments such as anodizing, the corrosion resistance and appearance of the product are effectively enhanced, and the service life is extended. Sheet Metal Shell Prototyping
Sheet metal shell prototyping is the core part of product implementation. We follow strict process standards, strictly based on the design drawings, select aluminum plate materials based on the functional requirements of the shell, and comprehensively consider thickness, strength and other parameters to ensure that the material matches the design goals.
Laser and CNC equipment are used to precisely cut aluminum plates, and professional bending equipment is used to achieve zero-error bending. After welding, the surface finish is comprehensively checked, and details are adjusted in real time to ensure that the sampled products are highly consistent with the design plan.
The entire process emphasizes millimeter-level precision control. From material selection to each processing step, dedicated inspections are arranged to avoid possible problems in subsequent mass production in advance and lay a solid foundation for mass production.
Precision & Structural Stability
The length, width and hole size of each component are controlled with micron-level standards to ensure perfect fit between components and avoid dimensional deviations that affect assembly efficiency and product stability.
In view of the risk of deformation and cracking during the cutting and bending of aluminum plates, special processing tools and progressive bending processes are used to accurately control the bending angle and stress strength to ensure material integrity.
During the assembly process, the screw tightness and welding position strength are checked one by one, and the overall structural stability is verified through torque tests, impact tests and other means to ensure that the chassis cabinet can withstand various external forces during long-term use.
