Determine Overall Size & Layout
Determine the overall size of the sealing cover based on the actual size of the equipment and complete the overall layout design.
Build Columns & Door Design
Generally, 4080 aluminum profiles are used as the columns and main cross bars of the dust cover. A double door design is reserved for easy maintenance, using metal hinges to connect the door frame.
Profile Connections & Reinforcement
All profile connections are prioritized to use built-in connectors for hidden connections, and corner codes and bolts and nuts are installed on the outside for reinforcement. Because acrylic plates need to be clamped on the outside, all profile connections are arranged inside the sealing cover, and hexagon socket bolts are used on the inside of the vertical profile part for secondary reinforcement.
Assembly: Bottom to Top
Fix the bottom support feet first, then install the 4080 column profiles and transverse profiles in sequence. Repeated measurements are required throughout to maintain overall horizontality and verticality. Do not tighten all connectors completely when assembling for the first time — leave room for adjustment for later overall correction.
