In the last issue, we talked about the separated cat rack. This issue explains the integrated cattery play unit, which is developed for multi-pet breeding scenarios in families and live pet retail stores. The main load-bearing structure uses 3030 series industrial aluminum profiles as vertical columns. Relying on the high rigidity of the profile itself, it can simultaneously carry the dynamic load of multi-layer rest areas and amusement facilities, and the structure has sufficient safety redundancy. The bottom is equipped with heavy-duty casters, which can still achieve low-resistance displacement under full load, adapting to store layout adjustments and daily cleaning and shifting needs.
The overall frame uses 3030 aluminum profile columns and 2020 aluminum profile transverse members. The enclosure structure uses modular split acrylic panels, which are directly embedded through the profile notches to avoid the defect that large-area panels are easy to deform and loosen.
The panels are preset with uniform ventilation holes and are matched with the hollow wooden base plate to form a natural convection ventilation system. A sliding protective door with a keyhole is installed on the front, and all node connections are made with built-in corner groove connectors without exposed protruding fasteners.
This not only ensures the integrity of the appearance, but also avoids structural damage caused by pets biting and scratching exposed connectors. All exposed grooves of profiles are equipped with sealing strips, and end cuts are equipped with protective end caps to eliminate cleaning dead corners and greatly reduce the difficulty of daily operation and maintenance.
The internal partition uses wooden laminates to achieve the physical separation of the rest area and the activity area. The support components of the laminates are all made of 2020 aluminum profiles. The rest area adopts a staggered arrangement design. The number of layers can be flexibly adjusted according to the number of animals.
A typical configuration of three cats is three staggered independent resting positions to reduce interference and stress between individuals. The activity area integrates amusement slides, wear-resistant cat scratching boards, and fixed positions for drinking water utensils. The feeding station and cat litter storage area are equipped with independent access doors, so that daily operation and maintenance operations can be completed without disturbing the pets inside.
The main profile of this product has been anodized and surface treated, making it resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The designed service life is far longer than that of conventional wooden cat cabinets, and the materials can be fully recycled.
