In industrial production and various operating scenarios, a workbench with a stable structure and thoughtful design is the basis for improving efficiency. The industrial aluminum profile workbench made of 6063-T5 ENI-8-4040 aluminum profile has the advantages of strong load-bearing, easy maintenance, and convenient assembly. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized work stations. At present, common industrial aluminum profiles are divided into three grades according to strength: 6063-T5, 6061-T6, and 6082-T2. Among them, 6063-T5 aluminum profiles have good extrusion performance, high surface finish, strength enough to meet the needs of routine operations, and outstanding cost-effectiveness advantages. The entire frame of this workbench is assembled from 4040 series aluminum profiles. The wall thickness is controlled between 1.5mm and 2.0mm, which balances the load-bearing capacity and material cost. It is not easy to deform after long-term use and has excellent stability.
- ▶Lower Zone: An additional aluminum profile beam at the bottom leaves room for operators’ feet and further strengthens the frame structure for improved overall stability.
- ▶Middle Zone: Two aluminum profiles connected horizontally on both sides of the table bottom, fastened with right-angle connectors and hexagonal cylindrical head bolts — sufficient connection strength with simple and quick assembly. The countertop uses an anti-static panel suitable for electronic assembly and testing.
- ▶Upper Zone: A punched hanging plate above the countertop allows screwdrivers, pliers and other tools to be hung for easy access. A small storage board above the punching board occupies only half the countertop area for parts boxes and manuals, without blocking the LED white light source on top — ensuring adequate illumination across the entire work surface.
Considering that industrial workbenches generally do not need to be moved frequently, casters are not installed on the bottom, but non-slip adjustable hoofs are used, which can not only adjust the level of the tabletop, but also ensure that the placement is stable and does not slide.
