Since they are intended for storing heavier items such as household hardware tools, the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling and floor must be carefully considered during the initial planning stage to avoid installation on hollow structures such as plasterboard ceilings.

The top uses end caps to prevent scratching the ceiling, and the bottom is fitted with adjustable nylon feet. The overall height is adjusted by rotating the foot screws, pushing upwards to tighten against the ceiling and downwards to tighten against the floor. Combined with the friction of the nylon foot bases, the tension securely holds the cabinet in place at both ends, preventing loosening during daily use.

Since items need to be hung or placed on the outside of the cabinet, the outer grooves of the profiles are kept as flat as possible. Therefore, the main frame connection uses built-in corner groove connectors (invisible corner brackets), hidden inside the profile grooves; at load-bearing nodes, additional 90-degree external corner brackets are used for double reinforcement, ensuring the frame is not easily tilted or deformed when bearing heavy loads.

Installed in the upper middle part of the shelf or on the main front. Using the pegboard’s matching hanging boxes and storage baskets, small accessories such as screwdrivers, tape measures, and electrical tape can be categorized and placed.

In addition to the matching movable hooks, longer bolts can be inserted directly into the holes of the pegboard or the T-slots of the aluminum profile to create custom-made fixed hooks for hanging heavy tools such as drills, wrenches, and adjustable pliers, providing both stability and a strong industrial aesthetic.
