In modern industrial production workshops, the layout of assembly lines has become increasingly compact and complex. The gaps and height differences between equipment often bring obstacles to daily inspection and maintenance. Industrial assembly line aluminum profile cross-line ladders are dedicated supporting facilities created to solve this pain point.
This type of jumper ladder is mainly divided into three categories: independent jumper bridge, independent jumper ladder, and platform jumper ladder combined with the two. The type can be flexibly selected according to the space conditions, span distance and working height of the workshop site.
Uses ENI-8-8080Y heavy-duty industrial aluminum profiles as the main load-bearing frame, and ENI-8-4040F aluminum profiles to build auxiliary support and handrail structures.
The whole is clearly divided into four functional modules:
Each connection has been mechanically calibrated to take into account lightweight and high load-bearing performance.
The surface of the steps is specially laid with aluminum pattern plates. The concave and convex texture can effectively prevent the soles from slipping when they are stained with oil and water, greatly improving the safety of the climbing process.

The modular frame design of all-aluminum profiles makes it very convenient to disassemble and assemble the entire ladder. It can be quickly assembled or disassembled for transportation without special welding tools, which perfectly adapts to the dynamic layout adjustment needs of current flexible production workshops.
