Melting and casting: The main process is divided into batching, smelting and casting. Then, the prepared raw materials are added into the smelting furnace according to the process production requirements, and effective slag removal and degassing are carried out by refining methods such as degassing and slag removal. Then, the molten aluminum passes through a deep well casting system to cool and cast round cast bars with different specifications.
Extrusion: this is an important process of industrial aluminum profile forming. According to the end face design of the product, a die is made, and the heated round cast bar is extruded from the die.
