The production of industrial aluminum profiles is much more difficult than that of building aluminum profiles, and it is prone to various problems. Today, I will talk about how to prevent the tail shrinkage phenomenon in the extrusion process of aluminum profiles.
Method 1: Reduce the temperature difference between aluminum ingot and tool, or adopt low-temperature extrusion.
Mode 2: Ensure that the surface of the ingot is clean and heated evenly.
Mode 3: It is forbidden to grease the extrusion pad or wipe the extrusion pad with tarpaulin.
Mode 4: Improve the surface smoothness of the mold and extrusion cylinder, and clean the extrusion cylinder in time.
Mode 5: Reduce the extrusion speed at the end of the extrusion process.
Mode 6: Lubrication extrusion and reverse extrusion are adopted.
Mode 7: Leave residual materials and tail cutting according to regulations, or appropriately increase the thickness of residual materials.
The production of aluminum profiles is operated according to the above requirements, and basically there will be no tail shrinkage phenomenon. As long as the operation is proper, products with high aesthetics can be presented.
