Process flow of oxidation treatment for industrial aluminum profiles in Chongqing;
1. Surface treatment.
Surface treatment, also known as surface pretreatment, is to remove the dirt on the surface of aluminum profile by using physical and chemical substances, so that it can be exposed to the aluminum profile body, which is convenient for oxidation treatment on the surface of aluminum profile in the later stage.
2. Surface degreasing process.
The purpose of degreasing process is to remove industrial lubricants, anticorrosive oil and dirt impurities attached to the surface of aluminum profile, to ensure the uniform alkali corrosion of aluminum profile and the cleanliness of alkali corrosion tank. Advance the surface treatment quality of aluminum profile.
3. Acid etching process.

4. Alkaline etching process.
The primary purpose of the alkali etching process is to remove the residual substances and metamorphosed layers on the surface of the aluminum profile during oxidation, and to eliminate the scratch defects left on the surface of the aluminum profile during kneading. Alkaline etching treatment of aluminum profile surface plays a vital role in the overall quality of aluminum profile surface.
5. Neutralization process.
The purpose of neutralization process is to remove alloy elements or impurities such as copper, manganese, iron, silicon, etc. which are insoluble in alkaline solution left on the surface of aluminum profile after acid etching and alkali etching. In general, the method of neutralization of alkaline solution left on aluminum profile after alkali etching is to use 30%-50% nitric acid solution. For high-silicon aluminum alloy, the mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrogen fluoride with a volume ratio of 1: 3 is selected. Silicon reacts with hydrogen and hydrofluoric acid to produce fluosilicic acid, which leaves the aluminum surface.
6. Anodizing treatment.
The method of anodic oxidation treatment is that the solution is used as the medium, and the tip discharge is selected to form an oxide film on the surface of aluminum profile, so that the aluminum profile has super corrosion resistance. Because the protective layer obtained by anodic oxidation of aluminum profile has higher hardness and corrosion resistance, the standard thickness is 10-12μ m, which can better improve the oxidation resistance of aluminum profile and the beauty of aluminum profile.
